  1. Named Edwin Walter Keith, everyone called him Keith, but to us he was “our Dad”. And both of his sons so proud to have had a Father that always put his family first. He was a first class Grandfather and a loyal loving husband to our Mam.
His career was varied so much so that our Mam said he had a different job for the first 20 years of their married life. Our Dad loved to potch… in fairness he had a go at most things me made taking a car engine out look easy He kept Canaries and bred rabbits and kept chickens all out the back garden of course driving our Mam mad . Dad loved languages and always had his head in a language book, and could get by speaking almost 10 languages he and Mam travelled extensively and I would say he fulfilled his long life.

  2. Keith was a long term member of the Llantrisant Radio Controlled Model Flying Club, flying off Llantrisant Common where I would meet Keith sharing our passion. Keith had one of the largest Radio Controlled Aeroplane in the world called an Aronkachamp, Keith wasn’t especially tall and it was so big he only brought it out on special occasions. It was almost bigger than him. He had all our attention on one occasion when he put his hand too close to a moving propeller and sliced his hand open, from finger tip to palm but that didn’t deter Keith at all and went on to share many years together with the Club.
