 a Celebration of Life

Peacefully at The Royal Glamorgan Hospital aged 61 Years.

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Stephen announce the passing of their Gentle Giant, Boxy.

Reunited with his Mam and Dad Doreen & Sid.

Beloved Brother of Donna, cherished uncle of Chloe and much loved Brother in Law of Andrew.

Stephen will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all of his family and friends.

Stephen will be taken by hearse on Wednesday 20th of November 2024 to Pontypridd Rugby Club – Sardis Road, for those who wish to pay their respects. at 1.15pm.

Then the hearse will continue for a funeral and celebration of Stephen’s life at:

Glyntaff Crematorium Cemetery Road Pontypridd CF37 4BE

The service will start at 2.15pm.

For those who knew Stephen, you are invited to join his family after the Funeral Service to raise a glass in his memory at:

Pontypridd RFC, Sardis Road, Pontypridd.

  1. Stevie was my uncle and I loved him very much we had great memories together and whenever I came down to wales I would make sure to spend time with him. He was such an amazing uncle and he is one of the most mentally strong people I know from what he has been through. I’m going to miss my uncle Stevie so much but I know he’s not in pain anymore and with his loved ones. I love you uncle Stevie X

  3. Boxy was the kindest man with a heart of gold …he would do anything for anyone if he possibly could!
    I first got to know (Steve)Boxy when we both worked as safety stewards at Pontypridd RFC many years ago, I started there when Neil Jenkins played for the club & I was the only female steward!
    We become close friends, we made each other laugh, he always had my back and I had his!
    We have so many great memories I will hold close, including the lovely photo of us on the memory wall ❤️
    Boxy you will be dearly missed by all that had the pleasure to know the great guy you was. Goodnight and rest in peace 💙
